Dear customers, There is good news from the shipyard in Frederikshavn! The visor test has been completed with satisfactory results, and Princess Isabella will set sail for Samsø later this afternoon. This means that Isabella will resume normal operations from tomorrow, Saturday, February 8, with the first departure:
From Sælvig at 08:15 From Hou at 09:30
Booking opens at approximately 13:00 today With Isabella back in operation, it also means more seats, and booking for the extra seats opens at approximately 13:00 today. The rescheduling from Ane Læsø will cause a lot of busyness in booking, so expect a much longer response time on phone and email than usual.
All existing bookings for Saturday and Sunday will automatically be rebooked to the nearest corresponding departure, customers will automatically be notified by email about which departure they have been rebooked to. (Monday will follow the normal booking procedure.) Samsø passengers who have booked will, as usual, have automatic seat reservations from Saturday morning onwards.
We recommend that you book your ticket as soon as possible via our website tilsamsoe.dk.
Thank you for your patience and understanding – we look forward to welcoming you aboard Isabella again!
Kind regards Samsø Rederi
We send out traffic information if we deviate from schedule for more than 15 minutes.
We put a virtue in letting our customers know what is going on. So you can be sure that if it says that we are on schedule, we are.
As soon as we know we are going to be delayed or something else, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Broadcasting traffic information is not just about updating the information on this page. We also send text messages via our text message service. Just as we have to deal with a delay or cancellation by closing departures in our system, possibly moving customers to new departures, calling hauliers who need to move their trucks to new departures and much more.
We are therefore always very busy when we experience delays or cancellations. Therefore, we encourage you to follow along on this page and not call or write to us, as we have nothing more to say than you can read here.
Thank you for your understanding.
